Speaking of how great our community is, every spring, we ask for support for our Summer Reading Program. This year, several thousand people attended library programs, including live music, children’s programming, and ice cream socials. Many people participated in our Summer Reading Challenge.
Those who completed Challenge #1 earned their choice of a free pizza coupon from Pizza Hut or a free frozen treat from Casey’s. Those who completed Challenge #2 earned an aluminum water bottle, and those who completed Challenge #3 earned a $10 gift card from a local business.
We would like to thank all the businesses who contributed money or gift items so that we could bring in special performers and give away prizes to our readers.
